January 31, 2022 – The National Collegiate Gymnastics Association is gearing up for the 2022 Women’s National Gymnastics Championship for Division III. This year’s event will take place at Ithaca College on March 26, 2022, at 2 p.m. EST in the Ben Light Gymnasium. The school was scheduled to host the 2020 Championship event, but it was cancelled due to COVID

The NCGA will also honor 10 members of the Hall of Fame during the Championship weekend – four members from 2020 class and six members from the 2022 class. The 2020 Hall of Fame members include: Danin Squires of State University of New York at Cortland, Karin Curry Correll from Ithaca College, Kristen Grimmel Deford from Ursinus College, and Shanna Larocque of Springfield College. This class was announced in 2020 but did not receive their awards and recognition due to the cancellation of the Championship event, therefore, they will join the class of 2022 to be recognized in Ithaca, N.Y.
Congratulations to the 2022 Hall of Fame members: Jordan Christiano Mihalik of State University of New York at Brockport, Sophia Harrison Suarez of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Kelly Stevison Harding of Ithaca College, Christina Ng-Watson of Ursinus College, Briana Morrissey Davis of Ursinus College, and Julia Zimmerman Sharpe of Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Congratulations to all of the Hall of Fame members and we look forward to celebrating them at the 2022 National Championship in Ithaca.
Leading up to the NCGA National Championship there will be two regional competitions – the WIAC Championship takes place March 5, 2022, at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater at 4 p.m. CST and the East Regional Championships takes place March 12, 2022, at Springfield College at 1 p.m. EST
